1. Acceptance of these Terms

Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, and cancellation and refund conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, market conditions, competition, budgets and the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms. Any examples, estimates or projections we share are illustrative only. We do not guarantee any specific result, such as a particular number of leads, sales, rankings, placements, followers or return on ad spend.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:
